No, there’s nothing to install. Connect your audio source to the transmitter and switch on the headphones. No Wi-Fi or computer needed.

Yes. Every pair of headphones has three channels as standard: blue, red and green. Up to five channels are possible, depending on your region. Each listener selects one channel. You need a separate transmitter for each channel.

The transmitters can be used without a licence. Connect your phone, tablet or mixer to the transmitter using a cable, or Bluetooth if your equipment supports it. Switch on the headphones and select the same channel as the transmitter. One transmitter has unlimited capacity: every headphone on its channel receives it, however many there are.

The stated range (300 to 500 meters, depending on the headphones) applies outdoors. Indoors, walls, metal and many people between transmitter and headphones make it shorter. So test the setup beforehand at the location itself. In doubt? Send us a WhatsApp.

A charge lasts about 8 hours. Charging takes 3 hours on average.

Yes. Everyone sets the volume on their own headphones, so a child who wants it quieter just turns it down. There is no fixed volume limit. With young children, it helps if an adult sets the volume together with them when they put the headphones on.

With hygienic wet wipes from any supermarket. Wipe the ear pads and the headband after use, and the headphones are ready for the next person. For the FD-Pro we offer replacement ear pads, so it lasts even longer. You will find them under Accessories.

Yes. The buttons are simple to operate, also for older people. We get a lot of positive feedback about that, especially from older users.

Yes, the headphones handle sweat well. The FD-Pro was even made for it: it takes a knock and feels very premium. We have not applied for an IP rating, but even in the most intensive workout, indoors or outdoors, there is nothing to worry about.

The storage box is super strong and protects your set perfectly. It is less suited to a humid room, such as by a pool or in a spa. Keep the box in a dry, clean place.

It depends on the set. Every set includes USB charging cables for the headphones. A storage box is intended to store the set and is not automatically a charging station. The page All complete sets states what is included with each set.
