What data do we process?

We process data you give us, or that we need to deliver:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Bank account number
• Date of birth, if you enter it

Children

We do not want to collect data from visitors under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. Think we may hold data about a child under 16? Email info@dolly-digital.com and we will delete that information.

What do we use it for?

• Handle your payment
• Call or email you when delivery needs it
• Offer an account if you want one
• Deliver your order and provide our services
• Legal duties, such as the tax return

We do not take automated decisions with a major effect on you.

How long do we keep it?

No longer than necessary. We keep the data mentioned for a maximum of 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We only share it when necessary to fulfil the contract or comply with the law. We enter into a data processing agreement with parties that process personal data on our behalf.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. We keep your language choice in your own browser storage; that data never leaves your device. For statistics we may use Microsoft Clarity, which does place cookies. That only happens if you give permission, never before.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and ask us to restrict its use. You can object to processing or exercise your right to data portability. Send your request to info@dolly-digital.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
