Scope

These terms apply to all quotations, orders, contracts and deliveries from Dolly Digital B.V. Any different arrangements apply only if Dolly Digital and the customer have agreed to them in writing. The customer’s own purchasing terms do not apply.

Prices

Prices are in euros, including VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any additional costs, such as shipping, are listed separately where applicable. Prices may change. If a price increases after the contract has been concluded, you may terminate the contract as a consumer, unless the increase results from a statutory requirement.

Payment

If you do not pay on time, statutory interest is due and extra-judicial collection costs may follow, under the Dutch collection-costs decree. Dolly Digital may pause its duties until payment is in.

Delivery

In stock. Order before 16:00 on a working day and we’ll dispatch the same day.

Right to reclaim goods in the event of non-payment

If you default, Dolly Digital may invoke the right of reclamation. Products then go back, unless agreed otherwise. The cost of taking them back is for the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
