3-year full warranty

Your headphones go along to classes, tours and parties. Sometimes something goes wrong, or a battery gives up sooner than you would like. With a 3-year full warranty, that is taken care of.

What you get

• Free repair or replacement for three years if something is defective, for the whole set: headphones, transmitter and everything else in the set.
• You do not have to prove it is a manufacturing fault. Send us a message and we handle the rest.
• We pay the shipping, both ways.

What it costs

You pay 15% of the set price once, rounded down to whole euros. That is less than €5 per headphone per year. A single new headphone already costs €59 to €69.

How to add it

Put your set in the cart. Directly below the set you will see the warranty with the price for that set. Click Add and it is included. Extras you order with the set, such as extra headphones, a headset, a charging station or a transmitter, are covered automatically as well, also for 15% of their price.

Terms

The warranty runs for three years from delivery of the set and applies in every country we deliver to. It is provided by Dolly Digital B.V., Zwanebloemlaan 63, 1087 EP Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Damage from a fall or misuse, loss and theft are not covered. Your statutory rights still apply. This warranty comes on top of them.
